I'm hurting a bit this evening fellas. I just tucked in my boys (grandsons) for the last time on this visit, which started in July and was supposed to last three weeks, but has lasted almost 4 months, because my daughter finally decided it was time to get a divorce. Some of you know a bit of the story. They are heading back to Florida tomorrow AM, to a new home, and a new life without a Dad in the house, although custody will probably be spilt 50/50. I've tried to be a good Granpoppie to them, and they know how much we love them, but it will still be a difficult transition for them, although we believe it is for the better.

I'd appreciate your prayers for me and Gramommie, and for them, and Evie (our grandduaghter) and our Daughter. If you feel like praying for their Dad, go for it. I'm not able to do that.

May I make a suggestion of checking out a Amazon Fire Tablet or an app so you can video chat or have the ability for the boys to get a hold of you anytime.. I know it helped me while being on the road for days..

@TRayB Going through something similar. Long and short our Granddaughters are in a separated family. We are working towards being able to move closer one day, it's heartbreaking to see their confusion,. Prayers up!!!
