Since it's Kim's night to "cook" and I picked up a pizza yesterday while we were gaming with the kids I bet tonight is leftover pizza.

My lunch / snack was a few Taco Works chips with melted Mexican cheese on top from Kim's bowl.

a large turkey and white bean stew with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, dried summer squash, dried tomatoes, and the last of the bok Choi, collard greens, Swiss chard from the garden. Rachel loves to cook but "not every damned night", lol, so every week she usually makes enough to last for three days.

    Which Chris?

I picked up a 10 pound bag of chicken quarters cheap and smoked four of them tonight, delicious.

Roast duck, jalapeño cornbread dressing, giblet gravy. Best part is I have duck fat now, they don’t sell that here.

Don't t sweat the duck fat, I'll mule some for you, I just follow grandpa with a 357 strapped to his hip to the meat counter and I can get whatever I want
