Baby goat leg, about 3 lbs, fired on the grill with a touch of hickory, tonight. Seasoned with salt, pepper, Simon & Garfunkel, garlic powder, and a homemade garam masala. Ro oven roasted potatoes with tumeric and other seasonings, garlic naan, and a Greek yogurt concoction. Sorry, no photo; the kids gobbled the majority before I could wash my hands. Plates not needed this evening. 🤷♂️
