Beef stew and cornbread, winter squash pudding, like a crust-less pumpkin pie. Only 3 butternut squash left out of the 42 we grew last year, they kept well.

Took a so-so look'n KC Strip out of the freezer, seared it, then braised it for a couple hours. Basmati rice, green beans, gravy...yum!
