Cheated. Went for takeout along the shore. Seafood platter. Excellent. Herfcat got half a large haddock filet when I got home. He's been eating all he can and then going back for more.

Fried chicken breast filets with yellow rice and corn bread stuffing. Didnt care for the stuffing, wont buy again.

I stopped being lazy and went to an actual butcher instead of the grocery store, to get some stuff the grocery store doesn’t have. Korean short ribs and outside skirt steak chimichurri tacos.

Pan-fried chicken breast and parmesan and herb couscous. First time eating couscous. Probably won't buy it again. Weird texture.
