Edward...if you were local, I would've snuck in some Japanese Ginger Pork I made last night. Rice, napa cabbage, zuchinni, and peppers.

Meatball tacos with mango salsa.

Pork chops, cooked apples, peas, sweet potatoes. Can you tell I’m ready for Fall? 😋

A couple tall mudslides. Came home from work and my son wasn't hungry enough to eat dinner tonight. I'm not cooking for just myself.

After the 2nd surgery he can put weight on it. He shouldn't be walking but he keeps trying.

And yes, that back bone is still broken. Apparently the don't do anything for those breaks.

Is he in a walking cast or stuck in a wheel chair still? Either way, he has my sympathy. He must be climbing the walls with impatience.

No cast, just bandaids where the staples were. His leg looks rough. Wants to get back on the bike this year. Lol.

I don’t really know what to call this. Basically a middle eastern steak pita? Skirt steak marinated in various middle eastern spices plus garlic and grilled, then grilled pre bought naan, hummus, goat cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, grilled artichoke hearts, and a yogurt/garlic/dill sauce. It was incredible.

Similar to a döner. Looks great.
If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.
