    Flor de Ybor City, Umbagog, and La Herencia Core come to mind. What is considered "budget" is a walk through shifting sands it seems. Cue The Beatles Tax Man: "...should 5 percent appear too small, be thankful I don't take it all...". Bahstids.

    Right now bundles of Crowned Heads La Imperiosa and Broadway along with some Oz family and others are on sale for $4.50 a stick on a certain Page. Great budget sticks in my opinion.
