I mostly just drink coffee in the morning, one large cup, but I've had a few late afternoon and evening cups recently. One was an affogato, an espresso shot of some Costa Rica coffee pulled over vanilla ice cream that was just delicious and the other was a quick single cup brew that I made while gaming with the family so I could stay awake and alert. It did keep me up late.

Starbucks Introduces Dual-Rim Sensory Shift Cup
Starbucks introduced the Sensory Shift Cup, a guided-tasting tool with two differently shaped sipping edges intended to demonstrate how cup geometry can influence flavor and aroma perception. Starbucks said the flared rim may accentuate brightness and perceived acidity, while the narrower rim may produce a sweeter impression and fuller body. The company did not announce retail availability.

Ethiopian producer Alo Coffee drew 6,457 bids at its private Echoes of the Peak online green coffee auction, with a top price of $1,739 per kilogram ($788.80 per pound). Meanwhile, a coffee from Testi Specialty Coffee founder Faysel Abdosh fetched $2,376.50 per kilogram ($1,077.96 per pound) at the Sept. 14 Faysel Abdosh Signature auction. A third auction featuring coffees from Bolivia’s Finca Takesi produced a $3,100-per-kilogram ($1,406.14-per-pound) winning bid for a Gesha lot, organizers told DCN. All three auctions were held on the M-Cultivo platform

Sadly, I'm adversely affected by caffeine. Half-caff in the morning, decaf the rest of the day.

Would using two filters remove all of the caffeine?

That's a good question, one of the articles suggests that you could remove more caffeine by changing some of the variables in the pour over. I did try the now-defunct Decafino tea bags that sequestered up to 80% of the caffeine but they were a bit of a PITA because you had to have eight minutes of contact for full effectiveness. I think it used the same materials they're describing in the article.
