What do you do when you smoke

this might have been a post before but thought i would start this anyways. what does everyone usually do when they smoke. do you normally smoke with other people or do you perfer to be alone and read, or enjoy your smoking area and have a drink. Me personally usually when i play golf ill smoke, and nice to unwind after work on my deck at my apt and play around with my phone or just enjoy the peace and quite, sometimes the neighbors are out and chat with them. Look forward to seeing what everyone else does.

    If I get my choice, I sit and chat with my wife while enjoying the peace and quiet after putting both our kids to bed. I love those kids, but they are NOISY!

    AMEN!! I go out to the garage AKA man cave have a drink and a cigar in my favorite chair and RELAX. Brain goes off radio goes on and the stress of the day or week melts away.

    I recently converted my garage into a game room: pool table, air hockey table, foosball, darts. I like to hang out in there and enjoy my cigar with a nice drink. Right now I have a couple cushioned adarondak chairs (spelling?) in there but I'm getting a new living room set this weekend and the old but still nice and very comfortable couch is going out there. I'm really looking forward to an awesome Sunday smoke out there this weekend! All I need now is to route my DirecTV to a projector out there and I'll really be set!

    I live in a condo, so I typically go out on my porch or out by the pool at night - almost no one around, so I can sit and relax with a drink while reading a book. If friends are around, it's great to sit and shoot the ***

    It depends. Usually I have my laptop with me so I browse the forums or listen to music. When the sky looks particularly awesome, I sit in the dark and look at the stars.

    Usually I just sit on my porch with a nice glass of scotch or bourbon. Usually my buddy Nick will come over a couple nights a week for a smoke and a few drinks, but other nights I'll either sit and talk with the wife or sit and read.

    look at porn. or shoot crows outside or any annoying f'ing bird. Though I have been known to pop off at my neighbors cat (sorry laker...) or their annoying yapping dog. - yeah they are airsoft bb's, not really harming them.. though I modified my gun for 580 fps... hehe.

    Most of my cigar smoking is done alone, and I will usually read, listen to music or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Like pheebs, I too will pop off airsoft shots at annoying birds, but I just have a cheapy gun that won't do damage even point blank, but boy is it fun nailing that annoying mockingbird that sits on the neighbor's antenna.

    If I am buy myself I do one or more of the following depending on the time of day and my mood:

    Drink coffee.
    Do Homework.
    Pair with it an appropriate alcohol.
    Watch the fire in my chimera.
    Read.
    Listen to music.
    Browse the forums here.


    I think that about covers it.

    I watch the hunnies jog by, listen to my mp3 player... um drink stuff stare at bugs as they do their thing... guess thats about it.. oh and on a really rare occasion my ear gets raped with info about kidney stones

    I usually go out on my porch alone with a nice glass of rum. Usually dont have one until later in the evening so the air is very cool and comfortable. But I usually read while im out there as well, or in some cases take my laptop.

    Well I, like many here, am a cigar enthusiast by lifestyle... In other words, I can smoke a cigar doing just about anything, be that working, golfing, driving, sitting, or sh!tting (lol). Very dependent on my mood, however.. I love kickin the sh!it with friends and smoking sticks while playing poker, chess, or the like. Love listening to classical music and just relaxing with a drink. If I'm not listening to music, I will often read (currently re-reading 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.... forgot how much of a lesson in sea life this book was!).

    Normally I cruise around the forums on my phone, and usually with a good beer, manhattan or glass of bourbon. When I'm with friends it's almost always over beer and conversation. Just relax. Cigar time is me time. Hell sometimes I clean guns!

    It depends on my mood or the time of day. I could be reading, listening to music, watching sports, watching a movie, grilling, shooting the breeze. I'm usually watching a game of some sort though.

    I either am on these forums and surfing the internet or sometimes I watch TV or Movies on some kind of device (PC or Phone or iPad)
    Or if I have the rare occasion of company it will be over scotch or beers...

    I usually have water during the day, or beer/spirits when smoking at night

    I will typically sit in my garage and watch people go by, wondering what they are thinking. I always have a drink, either coffee, whiskey, vodka or beer.

    I also enjoy smoking with my wife's 85 year old grandfather who loves any cigar I bring him. Camping and long drives are other good times to enjoy a cigar.

    if it's in the morning, i sit on my porch and drink my coffee, if at night, i sit outside and listen to the radio

    Sit on my deck, watch my dachshunds play, and read or do a crossword. If it's a first-time smoke I do my best to focus only on the cigar. Depending on time of day, I may have coffee, orange soda, Newcastle, or scotch, (neat).

    Usually when out on the patio I'll put on some music and just unwind. Sometimes I leave the music off and listen to the birds/nature in the backyard (pretty woodsy) or just revel in the silence. Generally I will enjoy an alcoholic libation, which is usually scotch, beer or a Crown and Coke. The best times are when my soon-to-be-wife joins me and we chat or just be near each other.

    Same as these two, apart from my wife is my wife. If that makes sense. I also read or watch the world go by.

    I smoke cigars while doing a wide range of things including, mowing the grass, talking with the wife on the back porch, doing absolutely nothing at times, camping usually sees a marked increase in volume, I smoke 2--3 cigars a day while on the job, not much interrupts my ability to find time to have a good stick each day.

    If I'm not at home in my back yard chilling, I can be found at my buddies homes. I have to say I smoke more in the spring/summer months. Whether its golfing, fishing, camping or just mowing the yard. With fall and winter around the corner I'll have to retreat to the garage.

    I only smoke outdoors. The deck mostly, but out in the wild whenever I get the chance. I love the birds, cats, dogs, deer, rabbits and turtles and anything else that wants to wander by.
    I either listen to music, read or work on websites/photography.

    no BB guns allowed!

    I usually like to smoke a cigar after work and putting the kids to bed. I will go out on the deck and listen to the Braves game on my iphone.

    Thank you. I am toying with the idea of putting my photographs in an online store...more to the point, I may build an online shop and put some of my photos up for sale. I know another photographer with similar taste for outdoor photography, and I'm trying to convince him to join in on this project. Photos are already selling, but an online store just might make the work worth-while

    Everyone I know hates smoking so I have one option which is to sit in my back garden. Which is unfortunately right next to a supermarket car park which is damn noisy and makes it kinda hard to concentrate on my book sometimes. I'm hoping to get another dog soon so I can start walking with my smoking :)
