Meh I see the neighbors point. You buy a nice house in a nice neighborhood to avoid having to deal with the issues seen in poverty stricken areas, then some jackass with an aluminum folding chair brings the poverty to you. I'd be pissed.0

All the neighbors can be pissed, but give them the opportunity to own a home for the cost of processing fees and they'd be all over it! Shoot, I might keep an eye out in my neighborhood!0
