Cigar Projects Thread

So I've noticed that there are many brothers here that are incredibly creative and make some awesome cigar related projects and I wanted to make a thread where we can post them up.
I will go ahead and start this off with two projects that I just wrapped up lately. First one is a clock that I just finished and the very first one that I made for myself. I've been making them for well over a year now and this is the first one I made for me and did it to celebrate the single biggest occasion that has happened to me so far. The Celtic trinity knot, called a triquetra (pronounced tri-caught-uh), was something that I carved, chiseled and polished from a solid sheet of copper and placed under the face of the movement. The feet are actually identical copies of the footprints from when Cael was born and put on his birth certificate and is painted from 24k gold paint that Amanda did, thanks sweetie!
The second project was to actually create a complete catalog of every review I've ever done back from very early 2011. I couldn't have done it without my wife's help since she formatted and printed everything for me while I organized it all and finalized it. Since I'm trying to get into the industry I figured this would be a nice r

Both look great! The catalog is a great idea! And your carving for the clock is very impressive!

I really like the Undercrown clocks; those are awesome; the one with the pendulum would look great in my imaginary cigar den.
That framed print is pretty awesome, too. I don't really have any projects to share...I don't have enough bands or boxes to do anything with. All I have is my "journal" binder of review notes. Some pics are in my review thread, but I don't think I included my title page:
My initials happen to be the same as Edgar Hoil's, so I borrowed his font, slapped on the review thread with some line art and then included some celebrity cigar heroes. Not super creative; every image is pretty much "borrowed." But it makes a nice intro for my brain to enter the world of reviewing sticks. The back side of that cover has a ring gauge guide with ruler to get measurements.Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot. I will smoke anything, though.0 -
Thanks for the kind words Martel, I just enjoy making things is all.Martel:

Really dig the tasting notes binder, I did that myself in a way and find that it really helps for reference to what you hadpreviousy smoked and for organizing my thoughts. Nice job and love the intro page

Brett, where's a pic of the purse you made for Mrs. Irish??? That was pretty cool.
And how many clocks do you think you've made total? You definitely know what you're doin --- that ABBM one is prob my fav, really like the symmetry of it.

The AB clock I actually made for Barry, one of the top marketing executives for Alec Bradley (in their new ad campaign you can see him listed as one of the 7 guys for AB) who frequents the lounge I go to and before being at AB he worked there. So yeah that is actually in his own personal lounge at his house now is what he tells me. As for how many clocks I've made over the past couple years, probably 18+ if not more. I'm starting to break into a new market when I saw an example of it drone at my local lounge and from a close friend as well... Want to start doing lamps.
As for the purse, here ya go...
