I arrived a few minutes late to the herf in chicago, and Arturo at the counter tells me that Mike and Joe are waiting for me...I mean Damn, I didnt even put both my feet in the door. I take the elevator down to their smoking lounge and find the guys. After I introduce myself, Joe (DJfish) looks at me and says "Don't think I have forgotten about you!" I honestly have no idea what he is talking about. He stands up and pulls up this cooler...bigger than a large flat rate...and running through my mind is the fact that i am about to be utterly destroyed! Well, I was right...but not with the cooler...something a bit more awesome...check them out!

these are vynal decals, not to be confused with printed, these are cut vynal, so i am limited to how small i can cut with detail some things just have to much detail and starts to peel before its finished cutting, can get messy and can mess up a cut0

im working on a few other cigar types once im done with some of the large cuts im working on i'll post up the newer cigar smoker types i have a few i already did just have not cut them,
plus i think my kids stole my matte black roll so i have to find it or order a new roll lil' punks, last summer they cut transformer logos that where every where0 -

Joe, those are very nice....beyond nice, but hope u know what i mean! When u say 'cut' the vinyl, do you mean by hand, ie with a knife, freehand kinda thing? If so, that is even more impressive, and you must have a very, very steady hand!0

no its a machine i have with a blade, i have to find the pics, convert and then correct any defects that occur when comverting, takes 1-2hrs per pic to create and convert a image, sometimes longer, cutting can take up to 10 mins per image depending on detail0

i use up to 4 different programs just depends on the what image i get, i use coreldraw, ai, sign blazer, inkscape , and my cutting program is signcut0
