For CC, the only choice is the Cohiba Maduro and it is good. I also like Anejos, Camacho Triple Maduros, Room 101 SA, all Padron maduros, I could go on and on. I like a lot of maduros.

If you smoked the one that got to you in the Pony Express pass, then that had ~3 years on it.

Hmmm. Lemme check. No I checked that pass thread and Luke took that one as one of his takes. I ended up with one from a trade or a pass earlier because by the time you put that one in the pass I had already tried the other one and based on how well I liked the first one I had already bought a box. But I think I'll let them rest some more before I try them again. I had one just yesterday from my box and it just isn't as good as my first one.

I really like the AVO maduro and Camacho Corojo Maduro.
Smoked a "new" Camacho Triple maduro last night. It was ok, but it's one you finish with, not start with. LOL!

    Some sticks you may enjoy...

    Oliva Serie V

    Saint Luis Rey Serie G

    Macanudo Cru Royale

    Kristoff Maduro

I prefer a med to full bodied smoke, and these are some of my favorites... so far.

i thought that was one of the worst things that Avo has done. of course im only thinking of it in terms of what avo has done, but knowing what the brand is capable of producing, i have a hard time falling in love with this cigar.

    I can understand that.
I tend to not care as much for the maduros anymore, but the AVO maduro is a bit lighter than most maduros and it's a bit more medium. So because of my tastes, I found it pretty good.
Which I think is also why I found I liked the Camacho Corojo maduro.
