Such a beautiful sunny day, we took a quick trip to check out the falls before they completely thawed. What a stunning place! Glad we went!

Great spot. Gotta catch that Falling Waters house too.

Cool place. Went there when I was in high school, but need to get back and see it again. Nice thing is it's less than an hour from my house.webmost:Great spot. Dang! I am so sore this morning after hiking up and down those icy trails. Slipped and fell hard a few times. These old bones aren't as resilient as they used to be! Still, the view was worth it."When I have found intense pain relieved, a weary brain soothed, and calm, refreshing sleep obtained by a cigar, I have felt grateful to God, and have blessed His name." - Charles Haddon Spurgeon0

If a cucumber falls at Ohiopyle State Park and there's no one around to hear it, does it still make a sound?
Never mind, just my wierd sense of humor coming to the fore......

"Ohiopyle" is derived from the Lenape indian phrase ahi opih?le which means 'it turns very white', referring to the frothy waterfalls.
