Advise on Cubans-Traveling to Canada from US-

I am traveling to Montreal for a few days on business and would like to hit up the local La Casa del Habano.

I am looking for recommendations on what CUBANS to try--- here's are my regular smokes for a frame of reference:

My father Le Bijou

Liga Privada No. 9

La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte

La Gloria Cubana, Series R

Partagas 1845 Black label

Diesel Unholy cocktail

I appreciate any and all suggestions-

Many Thanks in advance!!

With taxes SO high you are going have to part with a pretty penny for cubans in Canada. If this will be your first venture in cubans I think, based on what a single cigar will cost, it will not be an  enjoyable experience. What I mean is that the experience will not equal, or come close to equalling the cost. Cigars, both NC and CC are very expensive in Canada.

With all that being said, based on what you have listed I would suggest something from the San Cristobal line or Montecristo line ( the #4 or #5 will be your best value for the buck ).

Just my 2 cents worth. If you are looking for something more specific, shoot me a PM

Cubans in Canada are expennnnnnn nsssive.  But, If you're still gonna grab a few, don't get Cohiba.  Jiunn likes Cohiba, so don't get them.

Although taste is subjective, here's a small list of what I enjoy:

    Some must try staples:

    Cohiba Robusto
    H Upmann Conniosseur 1
    Montecristo #2
    Partagas Serie D No. 4
    Ramon Allones Specially Selected
Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure (either 1 or 2)

Some budget sticks if the Canadian tax is raping your wallet.
    Bolivar petit corona
    H Upmann petit corona
    Partagas petit corona
    Partagas Shorts
    RyJ Coronitas En Cedro
