Well I thought this was over, mailman came and went, but somehow, @dirtdude manages to strike even after the post office delivered. How was this feat accomplished, you ask? Well, he got my neighbor to hand deliver his shipment, by using the wrong address! LMAO!!!

Necro post warning!!
Just wanted to show that we finally made some progress on the table. It's all banded!
We will put 1/4" of clear lacquer over the top to preserve those bands forever. Just trying to decide how to decor the sides. Thinking gold paint, just not sure if solid gold or a gold pattern. It looks sharp. Pics don't do justice.
Anyhow thanks for for all the bands fellas! Will throw up pics of completed table when we git R done.
After that it'll be an antique ashtray. That should be cool. And then some drink trays.

Finished product. Phone cam just doesn't do it justice. Cannot get a pic without tons of glare or too dark. Dammit! LOL
Look forward to breaking it in.
Next project will be drink trays covered in ceegar bands. And NO! I don't need any more! I have enough for the next 20 projects still. Thanks to you generous folks! I appreciate all y'all!
