Customer Service ?

Been awhile since I posted on here, but I need to ask something...has anyone else noticed a change in customer service with ccom...? I'm not talking for the better either...Been a customer since 2008...def seems to have changed imo.

I'm still having good service. Haven't noticed any change, other than personnel. And the replacements seem to take care of me the same. Any issues have been resolved quickly. My rep now is AndyD.1

Yeah, just got talking to Andy, it seemed their website made it seem something happened to my account when in fact, it didn't. Just a big misunderstanding.

They do that on purpose to flush you old-timers out of the weeds and get you posting again.
