Found a 2nd band under the red punch band. it says Honduras government warranty for exported cigars.

Warped El Oso MaMa. Only about 1 1/2 inch in, but i'm really enjoying it. It smells great and the flavors a nice change of pace from what I was expecting. Not much pepper or spice to start off.
