I know these aren't out yet but @Usaf06 called them to my attention yesterday. 

How in the hell do I get some of these?

    Box of 30, in six five packs. 

    I'd love to buy a box, but not sure I can (really should be responsible and replace a garage door opener). Anyone wanna do a split?

    @peter4jc I have one of those old ones -- a 60's screw drive Genie in pea green. The old one isn't the problem, it still runs like a champ!

    It is the circa 2000 Liftmaster series I belt drive with the plastic bearings that has me bemoaning the no box purchase

    I'm still rocking a 80's Craftsman... I've replaced the drive gears, and now something else with it is giving me fits.

    Bottom line - can you get you a$$ out of the car to open and close the door in order to justify the box?  :-)  Or, perhaps it's your lovely bride that needs a functioning opener more than you need a full box.

    Apologies Guys, had to work today so I was somewhat out of pocket. 

    Not released till closer to Thanksgiving, and I expect them to be somewhere close to $13/stick...could be way off on that but that is ballpark. 

    I will call the shop that Mr @jsnake steered me to a while back (not naming it here just out of courtesy for Ccom) and get more details on Monday.

    Really thinking box split here. Have heard from 5-6 in my inbox. The more the merrier, or if you do not need to buy a garage opener and want a box all for your bad self, I am happy to get you the info I have if you want to PM me

    I just installed this one about a month ago on my garage door.  (Wife's side of the garage had an opener when we moved in 4 years ago but mine did not.  After 4 years of opening and closing my side manually I finally got fed up with it LOL)
