Funny you should mention that...  a few months ago, we started a recording session that was proposed to last two hours.  After the first segment I got warm so I took off my outer shirt, which made it look like it was a different session, and then when we took a break I put a different shirt on.  Jiunn and Aaron still like to rib me for that little bit of mock professionalism.

I really enjoyed this one.  I like the conversational style of these on Google Hangouts, makes me feel part of the conversation.

    Hello my names John,

long tome listener, first time caller.

very Nice show & quite informative fellas.  I've been drinking coffee for as long as I can remember; enjoying a cup as a type this.

This question is for coffee expert Peter, peter why does some types of coffee make you have to *poop emoji*

Prolly 'cuz you had to make a poopie in the first place.

Please bear in mind, correlation does not equal causation.

Very interesting. Next discussion have Peter talk to the "grading " of the green bean. Side note: Coffee is second to the most traded commodity; Oil on the CBOT Commodities.

From what I can surmise Peter has most coffee roasters, large one any way beat when it comes to freshness. Coffee unlike wine and cigars is best brewed or consumed shortly after that first or second crack. Thank You Peter for your attention to the details that make a great green bean into an even better roasted, Dark or lighter.

I was reading the World Atlas of Coffee on the ride to Santa Cruz with the family today when I came across this paragraph on the Typica coffee variety, thought to be the origin of coffee being called criollo, among other names. I guess criollo means native and of course it's also a type of tobacco leaf. image
