FDA Question

Would pipe tobacco such as Scottys Butternut Burley, Captain Black-Grape be halted temporarily or permanently once FDA laws pass. I know limited, monthly new flavors will be halted. Such as Russ bulk blends.

    Depends when they were introduced to the market. I don't know all the rules and regs and I'm hoping we may not have to worry about it. Those specific blends in not sure. I know one of my favorites McClelland Holiday Spirit is being discontinued which breaks my heart. They release the 2016 and 2017 ahead of all the FDA crap.

    It's not law. It doesn't have to pass. It's just "deemed" to apply. That right there is the important diff between the rule of law and tyranny.
