    Good Morning to the AM crew. 
    MF El Centiurian robusto from the @Bigshizza sale while roasting a batch of Yemen Peaberry.

    @Yakster, I've been troubleshooting the roaster; when the draw fan comes on 1/3 of the way through the roast it runs for 30 seconds then backs down and the machine starts making a clunking sound. I took the housings off and all the fans appear to be functioning. Also pressing "D" does not increase the drum speed, though the drum does speed up in the cooling cycle. Exhaust temp tops out at 284°f. during the roast. Any thoughts? Tech support hasn't been too useful so far.
