Its amazing how many flowers are edible that most people - myself included - think are just pretty to look at. Found a book on the subject for $1 several years ago. I would have never guessed some plants are edible. Always thought dandelions as nothing more than weeds. Cattails were another surprising one thats edible. 😯 -

I've always thought it would be funny to announce something that's a big deal, and completely true, on April first. Something along the lines of proposing to someone, or announcing your retirement or resignation, and then having everyone spend the next week or 2 wondering if you're actually serious or not when you 100% are. -
