Once the dinner was over, the relations all packed up and left and I took the first pass at cleaning up the kitchen (can only fit so many dishes in the dishwasher) I headed out to the back porch for a Viaje Zombie Farmer Bill Hatchet and some 12 year Glenlivet with the BoTLs on the vHerf.  The Zombie Farmer Bill Hatchet was good ROTT, but will probably be better with rest and age.  Followed that with an EP Carillo Inch Maduro (to thick for my likes but good, smooth flavor) before heading back in to finish the dishes.  Nice Thanksgiving.

A day late, but close enough. Two years age on it.

I know they're probably too mild for most here, but I'm a fan.

@arch72 - It's a mild to medium smoke.  I find these to be very smooth, but with a good amount of flavor and smoke to them.  I notice a little light pepper, cedar, cream.  They burn evenly and the several I have smoked have been consistent.  I think I come back to one of these after trying a string of new ones just for familiarity sake.

Let me know what you think when you get to yours!

I smoked one Wednesday, I would say that is pretty spot on review. I normally go med-full bodied, and I actually enjoyed it a lot.

OSOK from @90+irishman paired with some Woodford Reserve bourbon, thanks Brett for the good smoke.  Had a little trouble with the wrapper at the end due to the high humidity since it's raining here.
