There was an air pocket in the beginning of the cigar that caused some canoeing, but after I got it balanced out it was great. That Havana Soul you sent me in the same package though was on another level, it might be in my top 5 James Brown creations.Pacman84 said:

la gloria cubana artesanos de tabaqueros from 2011. Split wrapper on this one. First third is apparently an Ecuadorian Sumatra, and then the second 2/3 is some sort of Maduro wrapper. Feels like a 7 and 1/2 by 46. Five minutes in, this first few drags are very mellow but flavorful.
Transition 2as subtle, but now I'm into the maduro part and it's definitely broadleaf. Mellowed over the years, not a crap ton of pepper. More like the spice of cedar. Very sweet though, and the strength ticked up considerably too. Overall, a very interesting and flavorful smoke.Post edited by VegasFrank on@ScotchnSmoke sux lots of large wéiners. 10 mph for 30 miles? That's a 3 hour commute. Half of that went to this cao Italia. I didn't love this the first time I tried it. Weird full strength and mild plus body for the first half or so. Picked up toward the end. All in all better than I gave it credit for.
