But seriously, sorry to hear that. It's a very nice smoke and I haven't had any burn issues with the 4 or 5 I've smoked, though I have had that happen with some espinosas before

Quintero ROTT. Had to use the draw tool, aka my electronics screwdriver. Needs aging. Box date is May 19 but needs maybe another year or two.
