No, I send text messages to get what I want. I see something on a news site, send a text and at some point My wife yells what did you just buy. I’m like I don’t know how much is it for? Oh yea those finally landed, I forgot I asked for them. Doesn’t go over well sometimes.

Camacho corojo robusto, excellent. The first order I ever made from ccom they threw in a tubo of this cigar. I put off smoking it for a couple of years because I did not like the bright red color of the tube.
For me the Camacho huge band is off-putting. I used to smoke more of them before they made that marketing move. At least, that's what I assume it is. I think my problem with it is that I fear removing the band, as I'm convinced it will probably damage the wrapper.
It hasn't actually happened yet, on the ones I've smoked, but who ever said that fear would be rational?
Well, maybe @VegasFrank said it, but, what the hell? He's a well known contrarian anyway. Or, maybe he didn't, I'm a well known pot-stirrer, so, there's that.

It wasn’t only a marketing move. The bands changed when the Eiroa family sold the brand to Davidoff. They’re a completely different cigar but still good. I do agree about the enormous bands; however, I’ve yet to have one damage a wrapper.

I actually said that all fear is irrational LOL, and you're more than welcome to fear! 😁

This was a super yummy cohiba black well aged, excellent Ash, excellent burn, creamy smooth to full body no spice all the way to the nub. The beautiful Ash had just fallen off right before this pic

Telling others about cigar deals helps me.

The bigger bands seem to be easier to put on without gluing it to the wrapper and seem to come off easier.
I am making room in the humidor for the cigars I think I will enjoy more than these.
