Honestly, it was not as good as i remembered it. The finish was excellent, but the complexity lacked the depth that it had the last time I smoked one. Weird...
My first Air Bender chisel. Where have you been all my life?? Using Catfishbluezz punch method. Not to self: need a better punch! Kinda tore up the cap but still friggin' awesome stick, I see nubage in my near future.

I totally agree. I just had another pre-release a few days ago and thought the same thing. I thought it was my palate that night but now I think maybe they don't age well at all. I'm going to burn another soon to see how it goes, these might be at their best only 3 or 4 months in. Luckily I just got some new ones.
Started with an 09 monte 2, gave my buddy an 08 upmann 2, then an OR DPG JJ Maddy from Tony. Thanks a ton Mr Sleeve, it's perfect with a little bourbon

Just fired up an 1844. One I've had aging about 6 months. Man this thing is nice! It amazes me how they can produce such a fine smoke for so cheap. I've never had a bad one yet.
smoked these with my son yesterdayu at tasting at our b&m.first san cristobal forme.thought it was great.smooth smoke and a nice even burn highly recommend this to any one
Took my wife and daughter down to DC tonight to stay at the **** National to see the Christmas festivities. Just slipped out of the room having a Viaje Holiday Blend 2011. Nice way to finish the evening.

Although, my box is getting empty. LOL!
Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
