    yes he can... voted #74 in a Rolling Stone Magazine top 100 guitarists of all times. He should have been ranked higher, but I didn't get to vote. By the way I do believe your answer is correct, I would have guessed the same.

    Ok this clue should do it for you music/guitar/Geography afficianados...The initials of this guitarist are the same as one of the U.S states, example NY = Neil Young, it is not Neil Young obviously although I do consider him one of the greatest guitar players of all time as well...Let me clarify, the name I am looking for is not his birthname but the name he is known by...Ohhhh 2 clues in 1...

    ***, I actually gogled my own clue and got the one Ozzie posted, I saw something about Queen but I didn't really look to thoroughly...ahh well, thats the point, someone wins!
