A little more status quo, more just wait and hope for good news with Dad plus the status quo. I havent been on as much either, partially busy and partially some reasons/topics we've discussed and my frustrations with it all-----but glad to see you again.

I know what you mean, but I have just decided to avoid those threads entirely. I don't even bother to read them. That way, the guy's that go there can spout off as much as they like and they can ALL be in ageement with each other too. A recent peek into what was going on there showed me that it has turned into a Right of center political Circle Jerk. Everyone just trying to outdo each other with opinions, which are quickly agreed with or added to. I think this will get pretty boring after a spell. Kind of like preaching to the choir. It's funny, kind of sad but funny.
I know that Phobic isn't hanging as much here either, and we lost Duty that way, and Urbi only recently returned.
If I want to discuss politics then I will go to a poltical forum where people know what they are talking about and not just trying to sound like they do. I come here for CIGARS and everything about them. There are some very knowledgeable people here for that purpose... for politics... not so much.
Hope things work out for your dad. Hang around, if you leave then there is just one less person around to discuss cigar related things with. You can't talk politics or human rights types of things in certain forums, C.COM just happens to be one of them. Stick around, avoid those threads, don't allow your strong feelings in this area or other BOTL's seeming uncaring attitude chase you away.
