Ok the rules are very simple ............... pick a number between 1-500 before 12-31-2010 11:59 EST and on New Years Day I will use a random number generator from the Cigar Lotto at random.org to pick a winner. To the winner will be a great package with at least 15 sticks to start the New Year off. Standard rule applies you must be on The Good Traders List . Good Luck
