    haha too funny...i've ordered 100's of cigars from CC and not one issue.

    My buddy had some damage on an order (just one cigar) and Tim offered to send him another one free.

    there is a definite 100% satisfaction guarantee here.

    I'm thinking he actually ordered from CI and thought this was their forum. They never used pillows, and their customer service was eh
