    So, is the washer junk, did you find what was wrong? I just read that the average lifespan now is 10 years.

    I ended up ordering a new machine because even when put back together I couldn't get through a wash without an unbalance error.

    I see on Facebook Marketplace that someone is selling the drums for $30 - $50 so I see another teardown in my future.

    Sounds like the Spin Basket is rubbing. When you spin it by hand does it wobble a good amount?
