Slept in this morning. Only have one assistant today and she has plenty to do, so taking it easy here. New World Cameroon double robusto.
Using up some different coffee roasts: a blend of Congo, Honduras, a touch of Rwanda robusta; and a very small addition of Bali fruity beans from Peter, not enough to overpower its cohorts or be noticeable but enough to spice the blend.
