Good morning Charles, all.
Morning routines finisihed accompanied by a RoMa Craft Intemperance EC XVIII The Charity, an excellent flavorful morning smoke. Crows fed, mango nectar for the overwintering Baltimore orioles, seeds for the rest of the avian gang, mouse traps checked (no mice), checked heaters in the main house and pottery, checked sump pump. Life is good, except for the bad roast of Tanzanian coffee I haven't the heart to just throw away, a second pot of Kenyan to make up for it. Awesome to be alive. Next up, a load of laundry and then off to the shop to get some work done.

I've found a morning routine keep the rest of the day going straight....If somethings amiss, it throws me off...The worst is a boot lace breaking, I just know the rest of the day is going to suck.

I was out and about earlier letting the cat out of the shop. When I heard the familiar honking from the sky. Looking upward, I see flock after flock of Canadian Geese flying in ever swirling Vs hundreds if not thousands of birds strong.
I started to remember when I first moved to this area back in the mid seventies seeing them first time and how amazing it was.......Then it happened.....Goose poop hit me square on the forehead....Great way to start 2021.

I remember when that series first came out, you were looking at $180 per box. Then they dropped to around $100 and now they're $65....Pays to wait.

I've never heard of a goose crapping in flight. Must be good luck 😁.
