Meeting tonight with backers

So I have a whiskey/beer/cigar tasting tonight with some people who might sign up to be backers for the cigar lounge/brew pub I am trying to get running. Plan is to get them a little drunk hit them with my Scottish accent and buisness plan and go from there.
Wish me luck.

Good luck, how do you plan on running the brewpub part? Serving micro brews on tap or actually brewing small batches on location?

Good luck and I hope it works out for you! My best friend and I are trying to open a bar here in the Denver area. Success can be fleeting, but it is the "American Dream".

It went really well. Maybe one more meeting with another batch of backers and we will be good to go. I am also going to do a talk at the rotary club next month.
The plan getting started is to just have a lot of micro brew on tap and bottled and build up to brewing our own in about 5 years. About 15 guys have signed on as backers so we can really start finding a building and firming a lot of the small things up.
Best case we will be open in about 4 months, but more likely to be the end of the year.
