Not what I was expecting from a PJ blend, it's not bad but not super exciting either. the burn and construction are spot on. I picked up three to try so I'm not gonna pass judgement until I burn the others.

From what I have seen that has been the consensus. Meh.... I have one to try so I will give it a go in a couple weeks. Shizz, check your mail, you have one to try also.

Just walked Buford the Bassett Hound, my daughter's dog.
We were accompanied by the last of my Alec Bradley Connecticuts, IMO a very nice mild smoke. Tomorrow I start on some well-rested Torano Noventas. Me and Bu are looking forward to it.

Great name for a Basset. Mine passed a couple years ago and I am thinking about getting another one. Bassets are awesome.
Just had my first DPG Blue. I bought them on the strength of several glowing recommendations from this forum.
I enjoyed it, particularly from the middle in. Can't say that it jumped in to my top-5, though. This said, I think the smoking conditions may have made for less than a fair trial. Y'see, I smoked it on my back porch while I was smoking ribs. The cigar was dueling with the hickory smoke and I LOVE hickory smoke.
I've decided that I will get a second opinion Buford (see above) on one of our walks next week.
