I believe it's a California scrub jay but I could be wrong. There is a couple who is always around and comes to visit 9/10 whenever I smoke a cigar. They're a regular part of the landscape lol. There are lots of birds around actually, from large hawks to smaller birds, in fact, a large flock (20+) shows up regularly everyday in the mornings to forage for bugs in the lawn. It's pretty neat to have so much activity, none of the upkeep of pet birds and they are wild and free. I love it.
