Been buying stuff on cigar.com for a while (under wifes act). Ffigured id start my own acct. Any way i could get a sponsor. I am new to the forum side so it might take me a min to figure forum side of site out... thanks in advance
How does someone mail a cigar to someone else without messing it up? Do you put a boveda pack in a plastic bag with the cigars? Should it be in a box so that it doesn't get snapped? Is there a topic about this already?
Mostly, ziplok bag and good packing. Bovedas or humi-packs work well, but depending on the time of year and where they are going, not always necessary.
If you read through the posts in the trades forum, you'll see a lot of pics of how some were received. There are a lot of zip lock bag variations you can use. For the most part, small USPS priority boxes work great. A ziplock baggie with cigars, some packing (I often use plastic grocery bags) and check that the cigars don't move around in the box, tape it shut and ship it off.
In Fumo Pax Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
