Oh, I got it! I'll start with the biggest and work my way down.
This little guy eats your catch for breakfast! (Northern Pike)
Sometimes I get a good catch of Speckle Trout
Or Pickerel (Walleye)
And the wife likes to fish and outcatch me!
I love our little fishing spots up here in the north. They aren't all monsters, but the fishing is good and many times I get to watch moose, deer, mink, otters and other wildlife walk the shorline or feed while I'm fishing. Great way to pass the time!
Great pictures. What part of Canada did you fly into? It's a pretty big area, lol.
Haha, sorry, could have been a little more specific. We fished with Viking Outposts(http://www.vikingoutposts.ca/) from Red Lake, Ontario...we flew north about 45-50min to Lake Rheaume and portaged to Lake Orono twice in the 8days we were there.
I have a brother-in-law who works in Red Lake. Beautiful area. I thought the photos looked like Northern Ontario. I am pretty far east of there, but still in Ontario. Not much bass fishing up here, but Northern Pike, Walleye and Speckle or lake trout can be found in so many lakes around here.
Damn I miss bass fishing.. Wish there was some fishing around me... Oh Wait I live on an Island.Haven't fished yes this year but stripers and blues are starting to heat up and flounder is doing pretty good too.

Stripers are one of my favorite species to fish for. My record so far is thirty pounds exactly. Anyone caught one bigger? I'll have to scan and post A photo of this one.
Really beautiful little grand daughter brother . Looks like she is going to enjoy fishing as much as her grandpa does !!!
I hope so. I try to get all the kids and grand kids into outdoor recreation as early as possible. I think it balances the newer lifestyle that keeps them inside and on electronics.
My daughters first ever catch. I believe shes hooked lol
Looks like you both had A great time. Congratulations.
Thanks you guys it was a very special moment for us. I had not been fishing in over 6 years, my grandfather got me into fishing 30 years ago, he got diagnosed with cancer and was unable to fish anymore I lost him approx 4 years ago and hadn't fished since, but I'm glad I finally came around and was able to take my baby now she wants to go all the time.......
Ok so here are some of the fish I've landed .... 1st is a 30 pound lake trout caught about a mile down from Niagara Falls "> Next is a 34inch Musky caught inside the break wall in Lake Erie "> next is a our cath on opening day of trout "> and this is one of the nicer ones that I caught opening day ">
