More Bacon

When you look at the first page of this section of the forums, you see a lot of bacon. Bacon explosion, bacon curing hangovers, Kevin Bacon. I thought I would add to that theme, by sharing a recipe I found.

The fourth sentence in the article reads...

"If you liked bacon cinnamon rolls, you’re going to love this."

    .....nuff said right there.

That stuffed sausage sounds amazing. Of course, I would have to make sure I had a couple days off of work after I ate it.

I've been gone since Thursday devouring all the Cadbury Eggs in southern Ohio. I haven't yet found a way to make them go good with a nice strip of fried pig-death.

    EDIT- http://www.baconcity.com/2008/06/24/100-bacon-burger/

    Booya.

Oh god that sounds delicious. Probably shave off a few years from my lifespan, but would taste great doing it!

Dude...like Harry Dunne said, you just totally redeemed yourself.

I'm fairly sure I'm gonna make myself a bacon burger in the next week or so. Just need to go out and get the grinder.

I happen to have a full pound of unopened bacon in the fridge, and my brother said I'll have to cook for myself tomorrow night...if I end up making the burger, I'll definitely take pics.

http://www.peppersandsmoke.com/bbq/deepfried/index.html Damn I need to get a deep fryer. I would put pepper jack cheese in the middle instead of mozzarella though.

  • The deep-fried bacon burger sounds like something that would shave a few decades off of your life instead of just a few years.

Don't you just love those handy single-serving packages? If you put a bacon weave between bread, you've just made a bacon lattice and tomato sandwich.
