Got a package from @NorCalR1 , 50g tin of Frog on the town, and a couple riders, KBV Choclit pie, and a little Haunted Bookshop. I knew as soon as I started opening the package that there was something Chocolate in there.

Obviously I finally got the phone and modem to have a talk about pictures. That KBV smells awesome! If it smokes as well as it smells, that may be a new morning favorite. Also, been wanting to try the Haunted Bookshop, but whenever I'm ordering it's either out of stock, or I forget until after the order's placed.

Well, Steve @Amos_Umwhat posted that gorgeous Neerup the other day and had me looking. Looked at a bunch of them, but this mammoth Nording Extra caught my attention.
SP's got a fresh batch of Neerups today, you know.
That is a gorgeous pipe. I hope it smokes as well for you as the Neerup is for me.

Lol. When I got that pipe, I told myself that if it looked as good in person as it did in the pictures, I'd have to look for more. You'd said you were looking at Neerups, and I did, too. Point is, there were plenty and they were nice, but they didn't just pop like that one.

However, today, I checked again, and there were some new ones. I've already spent an insane amount in recent weeks. And don't need another new pipe. You probably don't, either. But it's fun to look.

Sneaky @NorCalR1 36'd me with this surprise package. Both are new to me tobaccos, outside my wheelhouse of English / Balkan blends that I usually enjoy. Good to have something "other" from time to time. That candela smells great, both do, actually.
I can only guess that David must be running low on cigars and is assuming that there will be a payback in the future.
Wouldn't the rest of you assume the same?

My daughter got me a gift certificate for TobaccoPipes so I picked up some pipe tobacco, I picked out the Stonehenge Flake and the ODF to try and also four of their random tins which are dents and unsealed tins that they can't sell as new. Luckily there was no mold present in any of these tins and they still have a good amount of moisture so should be perfectly smokable.
I was glad to see the FVF and Squadron Leader, some favorites of mine, I'm excited to try out the SG Dark Lakeland, smells very interesting. The SG CH Flake smells very strongly of chocolate, we'll have to see how it tastes.

Anyone know why nicotine is an addative? I thought pipe tobacco was just tobacco.
