There's also a lot of image upscaler apps using AI that analyze the image and correct for any loss of resolution when you increase the image size. I haven't used any of them yet.

I have found mixed info regarding whether it's a high school yearbook photo, or college yearbook photo. It was a random post on facebook and the name was given but I thought it would be interesting if anybody could recognize her from this photo.
