Ok, so I figured out that the old link in my signature that goes to the site plus.google.com doesn't work anymore from my Android phone, but works on the computer by redirecting to a link that does work on my Android phone. Here's the working link:

That link has the same issues that the others are talking about... You try to log in and it says you cannot join this call. I have not tried it on my laptop but on my phone it won't work. I'm going to try yakster's new link.
Good to know, I'll find out tonight whether the link in his signature retroactively changes or if I have to change the random page on my tablet with his post on it that I click on to join.
The first post on page one in this thread has a link also, fyi.
True, it has the problematic (for Android's at least) plus.google.com link, but I have no way to edit the first post in the thread so ima gonna start a new thread so folks can find the link.

For my iPhone, I have to use the old link, which is the same as the link in the first post in the thread, but it's the same Hangouts channel:
