    I kind of thought the same, but feel it could have been put in a more appropriate thread.

    You guys just don't get what I'm trying to say. Yes it is wonderful that we are a close group, but to me it seems like it could have been more tastefully posted. There I'm done.

    Doug,

    I get it, I had a similar reaction for a second when I first read the post but 1. we all wear big boy pants here and 2. sensitivity is overrated, (in terms of walking on eggshells) it's the jocularity and b.s. that will help you get through the hard times, not the perfectly pleasant manners that everyone puts forth. At least that works for me.

    Good afternoon folks.
    I know I don't know many of you as I am pretty new here, but I have some health issues that are potentially serious (or could be more "well, we'll watch this, blah blah, blah...". Anyway, the next couple weeks have some testing and such before me so, prayers for peace  and a lack of anxiety (for me AND for the family who are aware of this) would be greatly appreciated.

    We just back from the Vets and found out our boy whom we've only had 5 months has to have his spleen removed next Tuesday as they found 2 massive growths in it after doing an ultra sound. We are devastated, because if it's cancerous the Dr said it very fast moving and in all probability we'll loose him. So please keep him in your prayers. His name is Nova.
