    higher up on this thread (I think just yesterday) I mentioned that I went out for an oil change and came back with sticks from my B&M and no oil change.

    i always just asked to use the B&M's one when I buy them. Make sure and put your thumb behind it as you punch each side. On the second side, simply twist it out until the hole comes all the way through.
