I just about fell outa my chair when I opened it up! They may have excess inventory of that Liga No. 9 model, and perhaps it's cheaper to give stuff away than pay taxes on the inventory... either way, I'll be getting lit in style tonight... gotta fire up the Hemingway for the group review.
I want to take an empty box and cut some dividers to fit it, so that it'll have compartments for that lighter, a single torch for touchups, a cutter, a couple cigars, and maybe a half-pint bottle. That way when I'm heading outside it'll simply be a matter of grabbing the box and heading out.

That's awesome. I have a box with lighters, cutters, punches, stogie stands, nubbers, and a couple of small screwdrivers to adjust flame and let air out for refills. Every night I just grabbed that and our cigars and head outside. It's certainly not organized with dividers, but it's a flat My Father box from a sampler so things don't shift around.
Just ordered 4 boxes of Tatuaje Anarchy and a box of M80s.

I got a pleasant surprise. I had sent a Xikar Executive lighter in for warranty repairs but was told they were going to replace it instead of repairing it.
When it arrived today there was a note with it that said the Executive has been discontinued so they sent a newer model.
Great customer service. I'm a happy camper...
What model did they send you? I have a discontinued lighter that I'm considering sending in... it seems like it's going downhill, but I'm worried I won't like what they replace it with.
I'm not sure but it looks like a newer version of the executive. . Not as nice as the table lighter that Peter got but I'm happy...
