I'm making some tonight, along with brussel sprouts, roasted rosemary garlic potatoes, spicy and nonspicy shrimp, and BBQ chicken marinated in onions garlic my BBQ chicken rub and sauce. Chicken on the smoker everything else over coals.

Really nice burgers with some sautéed mushrooms, "avocado fries", and homemade Chipotlemac and cheese. Wife was incredible getting all this together after she knew my day was awful.

Prime rib, lobster, cole slaw, baked potato, and a Greek salad, courtesy of the curbside pickup at the Black Sheep Bah and Grill. The roads were crowded and the restaurant parking lots on the way were jammed. Gonna be another large uptick in infections, all those people hanging out indoors for hours.

Chiles Rellenos stuffed with pork sausage, onions, tomatoes, garlic, brown rice, and cheese. Black beans and a green salad on the side. We had a good crop of poblanos from our garden.
