    Hey jlmarta,

Yep, the y sure are small!

For my next purchase I am prolly going to go the other end of the spectrum. I have my beady eye on this one:

Just gotta figure out how to position this one to the better half, lol

If you get that new xikar, please let me know how you like it! I have my eye on it too.

My favorite lighter (for cigars) is a Xikar soft flame, pipe lighter. I've never had much luck toasting the foot with torch flames.

I was looking at this the other day. Very cool. Check out the reviews on youtube first though. It is big.

My Ronson's have been acting weird since I got to CO. Maybe the thin air?

My EX flame is weaker too. Odd.

    Well @jlmarta & @CharlieHeis

I pulled the trigger on the massive Xikar lighter.

I pulled some OT this past pay period, and my better half gave the blessing to pick it up.

I figure, it'll make a great table jobbie.

Will try and post a review of it sometime next week

Nice. Use some good fuel in it. I bought some cheap butane that didn't work well and I learned my lesson.

    Quick update:

I now own a couple Xikar lighters, but my go to is the Ronson.

It is cheap, works very well, and I don't worry about scratching it like I do with the Xikars.

Time me to go pick up a few more for gifting to my cigar noob friends

Man I loved the Colibri Reload lighter.  Too bad they don't make them anymore.  It was always dependable and loved the convenience of having those little refill cartridges that were super easy to change out.  Aside from that particular lighter, Im always very happy with any Xikar product.  Good designs, the product is well engineered and they do a good job on the customer service front.
