Hadn't thought about it, really, in a long time, but then I remembered. In the days of my youth I was fond of putting on Bolero, or Sheherazade (sp?). Long pieces of classical music that steadily increased in volume and tempo, about 30 minutes if I recall. Then, go with the rhythm and stick it out to the end. Which may be taken any way you please.
